Polynucleotides

A few years ago, when I mentioned "Polynucleotides" to my patients, many had no idea what I was talking about. Today, nearly everyone has heard of them—and that's a great thing!

Polynucleotides are naturally occurring molecules derived from DNA, often sourced from salmon. In aesthetic medicine, they're celebrated for their regenerative properties, offering a holistic approach to skin rejuvenation. Since 2020, it is one of my all time favorite treatments.

How does the treatment work?

Polynucleotides activate fibroblasts—cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin—leading to improved skin elasticity and reduced fine lines.

Polynucleotides help calm irritated skin, making them beneficial for conditions like acne and rosacea.
